Supporting Local Parkinson’s Programs: Memorial Health System
Every year, a remarkable event known as the Annual Coyote Crazy Parkinson’s Benefit Poker Walk is hosted in the charming setting of Brown’s Park, located just south of Abilene. The 5th iteration of this event took place on the 28th of September, in tribute to Dennis Rider of Abilene and everyone courageously battling Parkinson’s disease. The dedicated committee behind Coyote Crazy is passionate about supporting local initiatives, and one of those is the impactful Parkinson’s program at Impact Sports and Fitness.
Coyote Crazy’s Generous Donations to Impact Sports and Fitness
In their most recent act of generosity, the Coyote Crazy committee donated a whopping $26,000 to Impact Sports and Fitness, earmarked for the Parkinson’s program. This donation sets a new record, showing an increase of $6,000 from the previous year. The funds are used to keep the Parkinson’s program accessible, active, and beneficial to those who need it most.
