Erica Liermann, a U.S. Army veteran hailing from Pennsylvania, has turned her life around thanks to the transformative power of fitness. What makes her journey even more remarkable is that she’s using this newfound strength to inspire and empower others.

After joining the Army in the aftermath of 9/11, Erica’s path led her to multiple overseas postings, including Guantanamo Bay, Cuba; Korea; and various locations in Iraq. These experiences resulted in her developing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). However, she found solace and healing in fitness, using it as a crucial tool to manage her condition.

Erica now channels her passion for fitness into leading classes at Dub Fitness, her own gym located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Fitness, she says, not only gave her physical strength but also helps her maintain a clear and focused mindset.
