Chesebro and Kelly Implicated in 2020 Fraudulent Elector Plot via Recent Video Evidence

TL/DR –

Security footage from January 5, 2021 shows attorney Kenneth Chesebro and Trump campaign aide G. Michael Brown handing off fraudulent elector documents to aides from the office of Republican Representative Mike Kelly. The video aligns with a text message from Chesebro admitting to dropping off the fake documents. This new evidence could lead to additional charges for Chesebro, who is already facing allegations, and for Representative Kelly, who previously denied knowledge of any false elector lists from his office.

Security Videos Show 2020 Fake Elector Scheme Involvement of Chesebro and Kelly

Newly surfaced security videos from January 5, 2021, show attorney Kenneth Chesebro & Trump campaign aide G. Michael Brown handing off fake elector documents to aides from the office of Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA). The video validates what Chesebro admitted in a text message on January 6: that he handed over bogus elector documents to Kelly’s aides a day prior.

The security footage, released by Congressional Republicans, also captures two of Kelly’s aides delivering the records to the Senate Parliamentarian’s office. However, Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough refused the documents, leaving the aides to contact a top aide to Pence in a final attempt to deliver the documents. Their intent was for Pence to reject electoral votes from swing states where Donald Trump had lost to Joe Biden, thereby altering the election results.

This recent evidence could lead to fresh charges, especially for Kenneth Chesebro, who is already facing legal troubles, and Rep. Mike Kelly, who previously dismissed knowledge of any fake electors lists originating from his office.
