Meanwhile, in the Republican mayoral primary, Shannon Wright held a 4-point lead with 70% votes counted.
Former prosecutor Thiru Vignarajah withdrew from the race in May, marking Dixon’s third attempt at returning to City Hall and businessman Bob Wallace’s second attempt.
