As of July 1, 2024, Pre-Eligibility Medical Expenses (PEME) amounts for beneficiaries will be displayed in the CHAMPS system under the member eligibility information section. The process for viewing the PEME amount involves logging into CHAMPS, clicking on the member tab, and selecting eligibility inquiry. The process for submitting and approving of a PEME expense(s) will not change at this time.

Effective July 1, 2024, Pre-Eligibility Medical Expenses (PEME) approved amounts for beneficiaries will be displayed in the Member eligibility information within the CHAMPS system.
Access the PEME amount via the member tab on CHAMPS. After logging in, select the eligibility inquiry option.
The existing process for PEME expense(s) submission and approval remains unchanged.
