According to the Phoenix Fire officials, the incident involved two vehicles and several pedestrians. The early investigation has revealed that one of the vehicles struck four adults. Chillingly, one individual required rescue after being pinned underneath a vehicle.
Four victims have been transported to the hospital in varying conditions. Currently, the intersection is closed for further investigation.
