Resource Recycling Systems (RRS), a sustainability and recycling consulting firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, has welcomed six new shareholders to its ownership team: Erin Grimm, Holly Halliwill, Keira Higgins, Jeff Medlen, Steve Montle, and Elisa Seltzer. These new members were chosen for their leadership qualities, performance, service years, and career progression, bringing over 59 years of service experience to RRS clients.

RRS’s COO and CFO, Brianne Haven, believes empowering employees as shareholders is more than strategic investment; it’s a visionary commitment to fostering a culture of shared success. Meet the New Shareholders

Erin Grimm, a resident of Ypsilanti, has been with RRS since 2015. Specializing in creative strategy, graphic design, web design, and brand identity, she brings a wealth of expertise to the team.

Holly Halliwill, based in Ann Arbor, joined RRS in 2019 as a consulting engineer for the markets and infrastructure team. She has significantly contributed to the development and testing of safety protocols.

Chelsea-based Keira Higgins has been part of RRS since 2020. She played an instrumental role in the successful facilitation of NextCycle Michigan and helped establish RRS’s DEI committee.

Jeff Medlen, a resident of Canton, serves as the technology administrator for RRS. He has been pivotal in the rollout and adoption of information systems, including Salesforce and Microsoft 365, fostering greater business insight and efficient collaboration.

Steve Montle, based in Millington, joined RRS in 2013. As a senior consultant, he specializes in government relations, communications, policy, and business development.

Elisa Seltzer, based in Levering, has been a part of RRS since 2019. As a sustainable communities team leader, she assists in developing and improving recycling and composting programs, fostering public-private partnerships, and connecting resources.
