OTAVA, a secure multi-cloud solutions provider based in Ann Arbor, has appointed Austin Cook as its new CFO and Stefan Richardson as Vice President of Operations.

Austin Cook, who joined OTAVA in 2019, previously held several finance roles within the company, including Vice President of Finance and Controller. As CFO, Cook will be responsible for financial strategy, reporting, and overseeing the company’s legal and corporate compliance requirements.
