This educational event is especially relevant to men above 50, those with a family history of prostate cancer, and healthcare professionals. Key topics will include prostate cancer screening recommendations and options, treatment paths, strategies for managing advanced prostate cancer, and theranostics – an innovative approach to treatment.

Bronson Health Foundation sponsors this event in memory of Jim Gunderson, an entrepreneur and business leader who served on the Bronson Healthcare board of directors for 25 years. Gunderson’s fight against prostate cancer lasted nine years until his passing in 2021. His widow, Sally Gunderson, emphasizes Jim’s desire to promote early detection of prostate cancer to save lives.
