Telehealth Modernization Act of 2025 Introduced to Extend Medicare Flexibilities

Rep. Dingell highlighted the importance of telehealth services, especially for seniors, people with disabilities, and rural residents. “Telehealth widened access to health care during COVID and needs to be universally adopted. The Telehealth Modernization Act is a significant stride in safeguarding and extending telehealth access to Americans who rely on it.”

Sens. Tim Scott (R-SC) and Brian Schatz (D-HI) are leading a Senate companion bill.
