Waldencast Acquires Novaestiq Corp. in Strategic Expansion Move
On July 23, 2025, global multi-brand beauty and wellness entity, Waldencast plc (NASDAQ: WALD), announced the acquisition of Novaestiq Corp., an innovative aesthetic and medical dermatological company. This move also includes gaining the U.S. rights to the Saypha® line of hyaluronic acid injectable gels. The acquisition will significantly broaden Waldencast’s Obagi Medical offerings by stepping into the U.S. dermal filler market. The extended business will operate under Obagi Medical.
