All Arizona Lottery retailers redeem prizes up to $100. Some may redeem up to $599. For prizes over $599, submit winning tickets by mail or at Arizona Lottery offices. Mail a winner claim form, ticket, and a copy of an ID to P.O. Box 2913, Phoenix, AZ 85062.
Submit in person at the Phoenix Arizona Lottery Office, Tucson Arizona Lottery Office, Phoenix Sky Harbor Lottery Office, or Kingman Arizona Lottery Office. All offices can redeem any amount, except Sky Harbor and Kingman, which cap at $49,999.
