Royce’s journey to fitness started when his friend Hazelle recommended her personal trainer, Lucas from FITLUC. Together they began with home-based online personal training sessions during the COVID-19 pandemic. This laid the groundwork for Royce’s love for fitness and he continued to incorporate exercise into his lifestyle, even when life got busy. Royce’s workout routine typically involves intense weight training and inclined walking.
