Major Renovation Announcement
Onelife Fitness is excited to announce a significant upgrade to its gym located at 1407 Research Blvd in Rockville. A $2 million investment is earmarked for the 63,000SF facility. Notably, this follows the company’s recent investment of $3.5 million to expand and renovate its Germantown location at 20500 Seneca Meadows Parkway.
What Does The Upgrade Entail?
The enhancements at the Rockville gym include new equipment, reconfigured training areas, and the launch of two innovative training programs. Onelife Fitness will be introducing HYROX Training and Strike Boxing, becoming an official HYROX Training Club. This move reflects the growing popularity of functional fitness and combat inspired workout options.
Additional Improvements
Other improvements include a new recovery studio featuring HydroMassage, red light therapy, and Normatec compression therapy. Additionally, there will be an expanded turf training area and an upgraded free weight section. Updates will also be made to boutique fitness studios that host group fitness, mind and body classes, and cycling.
