In his six years aboard various superyachts, Joyce observed a shift from relaxing beach clubs to wellness-focused gyms and even helipads turned pickleball courts. Now, as the personal trainer on a prestigious sailing superyacht and its support vessel, he witnesses guests prioritizing their health and wellness. As a result, crew members are upskilling themselves as yoga instructors, massage therapists, and nutrition-focused chefs in response to this growing trend.
