Warner Bros. Discovery shareholders approved Ellison’s impending Paramount merger, moving the deal closer to completion. Trump addressed the dinner, joined by Paramount’s chief legal officer Makan Delrahim, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller.
