Starting at 8 a.m. with Back fit pilates, the day includes activities like video gentle yoga, open paint studio, and beginner Ukulele lessons at 6:30 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 4:

Peer-led exercise begins at 8 a.m., followed by hobbies such as Canasta and Spanish Club. The day concludes with a movie screening at the open paint studio at 5 p.m.

Friday, Jan. 5:

Friday’s Fitness activities kick off at 8 a.m. with Back Fit pilates. The day includes bridge, table tennis, and Mexican Train dominoes, ending with legal consultations at 2:30 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 6:

The Community Center will be closed.

Sunday, Jan. 7:

The Community Center will remain closed.

Monday, Jan. 8:

Monday starts with Back fit pilates at 8 a.m., followed by a Caregiver’s Support Group at 11 a.m. and a Mystery Book Club at 6:30 p.m. among other activities.

Tuesday, Jan. 9:

The day commences with peer-led exercise, followed by intermediate line dancing, Memoir Writers, and movies, wrapping up with table tennis at 5:30 p.m.
