“Following the last informal design review, we considered around five alternatives,” said Justin Brown. “We believe we’ve arrived at the optimal solution for all parties. However, the new design necessitates the installation of a temporary substation at a new location.”

The initial proposed site for the substation would have meant the removal of a tree grove, sparking concerns among local residents.
