Millions of Americans struggle with restful sleep due to various reasons. Some may have underlying medical conditions that cause sleep disruptions, which can be diagnosed and treated.

“Poor sleep and sleep disorders can lead to high blood pressure, heart disease, strokes, cognitive impairment and more. Many people fail to associate their sleep quality with their overall health. Our team is committed to helping patients understand these connections, and I’m dedicated to providing solutions for better sleep and healthier lives,” stated Dr. Sand.
