Cameron Perrett’s Extensive Professional Background

Cameron Perrett is a seasoned professional in corporate finance, private credit, and capital markets. He brings over 25 years of experience across banking, advisory, and institutional finance in Australia, Asia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. His expertise extends to structured finance, securitization, private credit, institutional capital raising, debt advisory, and the structuring of mezzanine and hybrid capital solutions.

Currently, Mr. Perrett serves as CEO of Private Credit, Head of Institutional Capital, and Managing Director of Infrastructure at AllCap Securities. His responsibilities include complex private capital transactions, bespoke financing solutions, and managing relationships with domestic and international institutional investors.

Before joining AllCap Securities, Mr. Perrett held senior leadership positions at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where he served as Head of Financial Institutions Advisory and Head of Financial Institutions Coverage for global insurers, pension funds, and asset managers. Furthermore, he acted as Head of Financial Institutions Deal Advisory for Asia at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he advised on significant debt, securitization, and balance sheet optimization transactions.

During the early stages of his career, Mr. Perrett worked in advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he supported financial services and infrastructure clients on matters like technical accounting, corporate advisory, valuations, IPO preparation, and regulatory compliance.

Adding to his list of achievements, Cameron is also the Co-Founder and Director of Perrett Evans, a boutique corporate finance advisory firm specializing in M&A, capital structure, and debt advisory matters. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from RMIT University and serves in governance and advisory roles, including as a Director of the Sir William Tyree Foundation and a member of RMIT University’s Industry Advisory Board.
