As reported by PEOPLE, Taylor Swift’s fitness regimen is so intense that it could make someone ‘feel nauseous’ or ‘require a rest’. “It’s really hard, some people would probably feel nauseous or need to rest if they trained like her,” explains Myers.

Training Like a Professional Athlete

Taylor Swift, known for songs like Blank Space and Lover, trains like a professional athlete. Her workout routine, which is designed specifically for her high-energy performances on the Eras Tour, includes core exercises, cardio, and even singing while running on a treadmill.

“Her work ethic is just amazing,” says Myers. “I’m honored to be known as ‘Taylor Swift’s trainer.’ I don’t think there’s a cooler title out there.”

Myers reveals that Taylor Swift trained consistently throughout her tour. “We would average two times a week. In-season training was more about maintenance, so it was more like stability, mobility, biomechanics.”

Commenting on Swift’s commitment, Myers states, “If you’ve seen the show, you know how physically demanding it is. Imagine doing that multiple days in a row and then you finally have a few off days and you’re still showing up to the gym. That’s Taylor.”
