Despite hitting a plateau in his weight loss journey, Ashish remained focused and committed. His lifestyle changes primarily included going to bed early and rising early, and saying no to junk food and sugar.

Along with lifestyle changes, Ashish also followed a strict diet regime. His daily diet included meals of egg whites, oats, salads, fruits, vegetables, and curd. His pre and post-workout meals consisted of rice cakes with peanut butter and protein shakes with nuts. Ashish also indulged in some low-calorie dishes like air fried kofta, oats idli, vegetable khichdi, and vegetable porridge.

Ashish followed a workout routine that comprised of 3-4 days of strength training, 1-2 days of cardiovascular workout (cycling & running), and 1 day for stretching/yoga
