Home ownership rates in Swarthmore are impressively high at 77.8 percent, with the median home value standing at a robust $410,100. This is double the value of typical homes in both the U.S. and Philadelphia. Properties here are generously sized, too, with the median home offering 7.4 rooms compared to Philadelphia’s median of 5.6 rooms.
Commute and Educational Attainment
