A crash involving a motorcycle and another vehicle near a bustling East Valley shopping center sent two individuals to the hospital on Sunday, according to Tempe police.
The accident transpired near the intersection of McClintock Drive and Rio Salado Parkway, on the southwest corner of Tempe Marketplace.
Investigations reveal that the motorcycle was going north on McClintock when a vehicle exiting a driveway failed to yield. The vehicle tried to make a left turn onto McClintock, colliding with the motorcycle.
The two victims, a motorcyclist and a passenger, were transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries. In light of the ongoing investigation, traffic limitations have been implemented in the area.
Identity of the individuals involved in the incident remains undisclosed.
