Marcos Navarro, 33, has been charged with two counts of murder following the shooting of brothers Sergio and Ricardo Rios near Exposition Park, Los Angeles. The incident occurred earlier this month as the brothers sat in their vehicle.

The shooting on June 1 was reported around 2 p.m. in the vicinity of 1100 Browning Boulevard, confirmed the Los Angeles Police Department.

The victims were sitting in their car close to the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and USC campus. An argument with the suspect is believed to have preceded the shooting.
