Experience the Health Benefits of Mobile Sauna, Sauna on Kuuma

Sauna on Kuuma, set up by two Michiganders, offers a unique on-the-go sauna experience that can contribute towards improving circulatory, nervous, and immune systems, besides enhancing mental health.

Co-founder Brandon Frisk believes that the Sauna offers a way to “unplug and disconnect from the world, providing an hour to relax and feel incredibly rejuvenated”.

The mobile sauna service runs one-hour sessions costing $20 and provides two session types, public and private. It operates from 12:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Saturdays and 12:30 to 6 p.m. on Sundays.

Shawnee Rajala, another co-founder, likens the sauna experience to a “meditation for your brain and body”. It offers a complete reset, particularly if indulged in for the full hour.

Throughout the season, the sauna will be stationed at Marquette Mountain. However, plans are afoot to relocate it to Lake Superior in the summer, resonating with their motto, “built to go anywhere the road meets the water”.
