Upper Michigan Today dropped by the bustling pie shop on May 7th, offering viewers a glimpse into the pie-baking process. Despite the recent establishment of the physical shop, Lorri Smith has been delighting customers with her baked goods at various venues, including farmers’ markets and restaurants, for years.
