The Ann Arbor Senior Center is hosting a series of free, senior-focused talks and activities that require preregistration. The events include a “Round Table on the History of the Detroit Lions”, “Travels with George: Israel and Egypt”, introduction to two new YMCA programs on fitness for adult cancer survivors and cycling for people with Parkinson’s and their caregivers, “Senior Caregiving Resources and Decision-Making”, “Senior Retirement Workshop”, and “Spotting Scams”. Each event has a specified date and time, ranging from January 10 to January 31, 2024.

“Round Table on the History of the Detroit Lions” is scheduled for Jan. 10, 2:30–3:30 p.m.

“Travels with George: Israel and Egypt” will be held on Jan. 11, 1:30–4 p.m.

“New YMCA Programs” is set for Jan. 17, 9:30–10:30 a.m. The session will introduce 2 new programs: fitness for adult cancer survivors, and cycling for people with Parkinson’s and their caregivers.

“Senior Caregiving Resources and Decision-Making” is planned for Jan. 18, 10–11:30 a.m. RSVP by emailing a2careconsulting@gmail.com or calling (734) 972-1074.
