The program spotlights industry leaders who, as selected by their peers and “Modern Healthcare” senior editors, make significant contributions to healthcare. Over Fine’s 23-year tenure as Banner’s leading executive, he has been pivotal in the Phoenix-based system’s growth throughout six southwestern states and its escalating influence beyond.
