The Los Angeles County Fire Department arrived at the scene at around 9 p.m. and immediately attended to the injured. Of these ten casualties, one is reported to be in a critical condition, while the rest suffered minor injuries.

SkyCal, a news helicopter, captured a scene showing a group of people receiving treatment from paramedics. In addition, a separate group of people was seen being led away from the tram and transported onto a bus.
