Invitation to Benton Community School District Event

Benton Community School District extends a cordial invitation to all community members to join them on Monday evening, November 25. The event will start from 4:00 p.m. and continue till 6:30 p.m.

Guest Speaker: Emma Benoit

The event will feature Emma Benoit as the guest speaker. Emma will share her story about her suicide attempt and talk about her work advocating for mental health resources for the youth. To get a sneak peek of Emma’s advocacy work, you can watch a trailer of her documentary at this link.

Session Information & Location Details

Emma’s session will start from 6:30 p.m. and continue till 8:00 p.m. at the Middle School/High School Auditorium at Benton Community. The school is conveniently located at 600 1st St. in Van Horne. A variety of other family-friendly activities will also be organized throughout the evening.
