Muscle and Fitness Magazine organizes the national search for Mr. Health & Fitness. Celebrating strength, grit, and perseverance, the contest honors men who embody an active and healthy lifestyle, pushing their limits and achieving their goals. The competition supports the Andrew McDonough Be Positive Foundation.

Rivera’s appearance in the finals is not surprising considering his gold medal win at the 2025 IBJJF Jiu Jitsu Open Championship at the age of 72.
