A brand-new apartment community, Refinery at Pointe17, set to launch in late 2025 is being constructed near the extensive $40+ billion Taiwan Semiconductor Plant (TSMC) in northern Phoenix, as announced by real estate firm Thompson Thrift.
Josh Purvis, Thompson Thrift Residential managing partner, expressed enthusiasm about the project, stating, “We had a distinct vision for this unique property and are pleased to collaborate with Thompson Thrift’s residential, commercial and construction teams on this mixed-use development.”
The future community of Refinery at Pointe17 will be conveniently situated off Interstate 17, at the southwest corner of Dove Valley, and the newly approved 29th Avenue intersection.
Furthermore, the proximal I-17 interchange will function as the primary entrance to TSMC, which is currently in its first construction phase. Upon full completion, the semiconductor plant is expected to generate an additional 80,000 jobs as businesses show interest in partnering with TSMC.
