Empower Your Ride: ‘Train 2 Bike’ Gym Program by Casey Brown
Mountain Made Fitness Collective & Casey Brown Introduce Female-Focused Mountain Biking Fitness Program
Casey Brown, in partnership with Revelstoke, BC-based Mountain Made Fitness Collective, has designed a training program aimed at female mountain bikers. This bicycle fitness program is built to enhance on-bike performance and minimize injury risk by combining functional fitness and bicycle-specific accessory work. With a focus on developing bike-centric core stability and upper body strength, Brown believes this is a program she would have relished during her mountain biking career initiation.
Program Availability and Pricing
This training program is readily available on an app where you can engage with Casey Brown, Mountain Made Fitness Collective’s Turner Moyse and Stephanie China, among other athletes. The cost is $14.99 per month with a yearly commitment, $19.99 per month for a six-month commitment, and $24.99 on a monthly basis.
