Angie Weber, a key figure in the restaurant world with nearly 30 years’ experience, founded the Cowboy Star Restaurant & Butcher Shop, a renowned destination known for its contemporary American cuisine with a Western twist.
Chan Buie founded Hey Sugar, a popular Southern dessert brand serving hotels, restaurants, and caterers. From selling homemade dishes in high school, Buie has built a successful career in the culinary industry.
