Unlike other training centers, Tee Box does not serve food or alcohol, instead focusing entirely on helping golfers improve their game. Ray Mistarz, the ‘box pro’ and in-house golf professional/personal trainer at Tee Box, says that traditional golf instruction methods have been teaching ‘backward’. He argues that these methods force clients to adopt standard golf swing movements without assessing if they’re physically capable of executing those motions. Tee Box, on the other hand, works closely with its clients to find swings that suit their abilities while helping them improve their overall conditioning.
