Samsung Health Boosts Its Fitness Presence with New Partnerships

Your Samsung device is about to become your ultimate fitness partner. Samsung Health, a dedicated arm of Samsung Electronics, is paving the way for a more expansive fitness experience through new collaborations in the field.

Samsung Health and iFIT Partnership Promises Innovative Fitness Content

The first big move is a collaboration with iFIT. Samsung Health is set to distribute the rich, curated collection of fitness content by iFIT. This means Samsung users can now access a wide variety of iFIT’s instructor-led workouts ranging from HIIT, strength training, barre, yoga, Pilates to mindfulness. You can monitor your heart rate and calorie burn in real-time while enjoying these workouts.

As per iFIT chief subscription and content officer, Jeremy McCarty, “Together with Samsung Health, we’re empowering millions of users to live healthier, more balanced lives.”

Enhancing their previous partnership, Samsung users used to access iFIT’s content for a monthly subscription of $9.99. Now, Galaxy users can enjoy exclusive discounts and extended access with new devices purchased online.

Special Offers for Galaxy Users

Inclusive of 30 days free with a qualifying Galaxy smartphone, three months free with Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, and six months free with Galaxy Watch 8, Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, or Galaxy Watch Ultra.

McCarty further adds, “Our science-backed fitness content helps users achieve real results and reach their fitness goals. We’re thrilled to extend this experience to the Samsung ecosystem, and offer exclusive access and extended trials of iFIT workouts with the purchase of select Samsung devices.”

Samsung Health and True Fitness Partnership for Seamless Health Tracking

But Samsung isn’t stopping there. Pairing up with fitness equipment supplier True Fitness, Samsung is introducing health tracking and connectivity to True Unite consoles. This collaboration enables True Fitness equipment users to sync their workout data directly with the Samsung Health platform. You can now log your cardio sessions on your Samsung Health accounts, while bringing together key fitness metrics like steps, sleep, and nutrition into one convenient place.

“Partnering with Samsung Health allows us to deliver a connected fitness experience that extends beyond the gym floor,” says True Fitness technology manager Jacob Griesenauer. “Our Unite consoles are designed to put users at the center of their fitness journey, and this integration directly contributes to their broader health and wellness goals.”
