Bollinger Motors Ships First 2025 B4 Truck, Dismissal Motion Overruled
TL/DR –
The first 2025 Bollinger B4 truck has been delivered to EnviroCharge by Bollinger Motors, marking a significant step in transforming the vehicle into a mobile charging station. On another note, Mullen Automotive successfully opposed a motion to dismiss its lawsuit against several Wall Street firms for allegedly manipulating the company’s stock price. Finally, Mullen Automotive has sold its all-electric Mullen ONE Class 1 cargo van to Global Expert Shipping, demonstrating a commitment to reducing the carbon footprint of international logistics operations.
Mullen Automotive reports mixed week: 2025 Bollinger B4 truck’s inaugural delivery to EnviroCharge, while also facing stock turbulence after the reverse stock split on April 11.
Robert Bollinger’s previous lawsuit against Bollinger Motors, and Farqui & Farqui lawyers’ impending securities class action lawsuit (deadline 4/14) overshadow the company’s record revenue announcement.
On April 11, the firm carried out 1-100 reverse stock split for Nasdaq compliance. Tariffs don’t impact the company, as the vehicles are assembled in the U.S. utilising primarily American parts. The firm also announced U.S.-made semi solid-state battery production.
Mullen Defeats Motion to Dismiss in Spoofing Lawsuit Against Wall Street Firms
On March 30, Mullen confirmed it successfully opposed a motion to dismiss its federal lawsuit against IMC Financial Markets, Clear Street Markets LLC, UBS Securities LLC, among others. The lawsuit alleges that between 2021 and 2023, defendants engaged in spoofing—placing and rapidly canceling large sell orders to manipulate Mullen’s stock price downward, then buying shares at artificially low prices.
Bollinger B4 Delivered
Bollinger Motors, delivered the first 2025 Bollinger B4 truck to EnviroCharge — vital step in turning the truck into a mobile charging station.
The B4, an all-electric Class 4 commercial truck, will be outfitted with a 120-kilowatt Level 3 charger by Indiana-based EnviroCharge, a veteran-owned company focused on mobile EV infrastructure. The partnership aims to bring reliable, on-the-go charging solutions to drivers in California and beyond.
First converted truck will make its public debut at the Advanced Clean Trucking (ACT) Expo in Anaheim, Calif., from April 28 to May 1. More trucks are expected soon after, aiding in meeting rising demand for EV charging — especially in areas without fixed stations.
EnviroCharge CEO Charlie Stockton called the B4 “an ideal platform” for the company’s mission. “Its performance and versatility are just what we need to push mobile charging forward,” he said.
Bollinger’s B4 truck features a 158-kWh battery protected by a rugged chassis designed with direct input from fleets and upfitters. Deliveries began in late 2024, and it’s eligible for numerous state and federal incentives, including:
- Up to $40,000 per vehicle from the Inflation Reduction Act
- Up to $120,000 per truck via California’s ISEF Pilot Program
- $100,000 from New York’s NYTVIP
- $30,000 from Massachusetts’ MOR-EV
- $20,000 from Pennsylvania’s AFIG Program

The sale was facilitated by Mullen’s EV dealer partner, Pritchard Automotive, with additional vehicle orders expected.
Global Expert Shipping added the Mullen ONE to its fleet to better serve its international logistics operations, particularly shipments between the U.S. and Armenia, while reducing its carbon footprint.
David Michery, CEO and chairman of Mullen Automotive, highlighted the partnership as means of helping local logistics companies pursue sustainability goals. Mullen’s lineup, including the Mullen ONE and Mullen THREE Class 3 EV, complies with U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and environmental certifications from both the EPA and California Air Resources Board (CARB).
