Ken Griffin’s Chicago real estate liquidation is nearing its conclusion with the billionaire’s last condo in the city under contract. This marks the culmination of a substantial divestment process instigated by Citadel’s relocation to Miami.

Griffin’s spokesperson told Bloomberg that the final Chicago property, a condo located at 800 N. Michigan Avenue, is under contract.

The duplex penthouse, coined the “crown jewel” of Park Tower, is listed on Zillow at $12.5 million – a reduction of around 20% from its initial asking price of $15.75 million.
Citadel’s Move to Miami
In June 2022, Griffin relocated the global headquarters of his Citadel and Citadel Securities from Chicago to Miami.
