Chandler Neighborhood Resources Department Invites Applications for Assistance Programs

The Chandler Neighborhood Resources Department is currently accepting applications for four unique neighborhood assistance programs. These programs are open to both Chandler homeowner associations and traditional neighborhoods.

The programs include:

The Neighborhood Initiative Community Engagement Assistance Program, designed to strengthen the social network of the Chandler community. It provides funds of up to $1,200 for education and neighborhood enhancement initiatives.

The HOA Matching Assistance Programoffers up to $12,000 in funding for HOA neighborhoods to address deteriorated landscaping, entryway signs, fencing, walkways, fountains, and neighborhood perimeter walls. Registered HOA neighborhoods within the city can apply for this funding once every three years.

The Neighborhood Enhancement Assistance Program provides up to $12,000 in funding to registered traditional neighborhoods for similar purposes as the HOA Matching Assistance Program. Registered traditional neighborhoods can apply for this funding once every three years.

The Trap, Neuter, and Return for Feral Cats Assistance Program aims to reduce the overpopulation of feral cat colonies in Chandler. It provides funding up to $1,000 to registered neighborhoods, which can apply for this funding every 12 months.
