Notable locations under the Casago franchise include Florida, California, Texas, and Mexico with over 7,000 privately-owned homes and units under management.
Casago’s Unique Approach to Property Management
Casago stands out among property management companies (PMCs) for its successful franchise model in the short-term rental sector. Half of its new destinations come from existing vacation rental businesses joining the franchise. Since adopting the franchise model in 2019, the company has seen significant growth without sacrificing service quality for owners and guests.

With headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, Casago operates most of its locations in the US, although its founding market is Rocky Point, Mexico. This location is also home to Casago University, offering partners and staff intensive two-week training courses.
