According to Rongrong Yue, also known as Jessica, the business produces approximately 200 bao buns twice a day on weekdays and over 700 on weekends.
With a wide variety of flavors including Berkshire Pork, beef and onion, chicken and mushroom, and even a sweet option like black sesame, Bao Space caters to all taste buds. Jessica further revealed plans to introduce a barbecue-style bao bun in the near future.
With a focus on simple ingredients traditionally used, such as yeast, water, and milk for making the dough, Bao Space is determined to maintain the authenticity of its bao buns.
