Owned by Hawaii natives, Blaise and Kanani Aki, the restaurant showcases the rich culinary heritage of the Pacific Rim. The Akis serve classic Hawaiian dishes like kalua pig and lau lau, cooked in authentic Hawaiian leaves and Kauai Island salt, offering a real taste of the Pacific.
Other popular items in their diverse menu include the mixed plate with char siu chicken, teriyaki beef and kalbi, the teriyaki burger, chicken katsu, and Loco Moco, a Hawaiian classic. All plates are served in traditional Hawaiian style, complete with rice and mac salad.
Pacific Rim & Bento attracts customers from Flagstaff, Tucson, and Casa Grande, who are drawn by the unique flavors and the warm, family environment, or ‘ohana’ as it’s known in Hawaii.
