Ascension Lutheran Church will host its 25th annual Oktoberfest on October 27, offering German food and beer, music, and a 50/50 raffle for attendees. Tickets are $35 for adults and $10 for children aged 12 and under, including entry, food and drinks. The event has become a favorite gathering for Paradise Valley residents, according to Ascension’s Pastor Randy Winsand.
Oktoberfest Celebration at Ascension Lutheran Church
The 25th annual Oktoberfest will take place at Ascension Lutheran Church on 7100 N. Mockingbird Lane. The event will occur on Friday, Oct. 27, from 5-7:30 p.m. with food being served from 5:30-6:45 p.m.
German Fare and Entertainment
The Oktoberfest will include a dinner of German cuisine, featuring German beer brats, sauerkraut, soft pretzels with cheese dip, and Bavarian potato salad. In addition, the event will host a 50/50 raffle and music from DJ Jamie.
“We’re thrilled that our annual tradition has become a Paradise Valley favorite,” mentioned Ascension’s Pastor Randy Winsand. “This event allows us to engage with our neighbors, providing a venue for community interaction.”
