Claiming Lottery Prizes in Arizona
Prizes up to $100 can be redeemed at all Arizona Lottery retailers and winnings up to $599 may also be redeemed. For prizes over $599, winners can submit winning tickets through mail or in person at Arizona Lottery offices. The address for mailing tickets is P.O. Box 2913, Phoenix, AZ 85062.
In-person submission requires the ticket, a completed winner claim form, and a government-issued ID. The Phoenix Arizona Lottery Office and the Tucson Arizona Lottery Office can cash prizes of any amount while the Phoenix Sky Harbor Lottery Office and the Kingman Arizona Lottery Office can cash prizes up to $49,999.
