Construction is underway for a new Chevrolet dealership by Earnhardt Auto Centers in Queen Creek. The 70,000-square-foot facility is expected to be operational by summer 2024, standing near the Cloud and Ellsworth roads intersection. This will mark a fresh brand and location for the family-run Earnhardt Auto Centers.
In the words of Derby Earnhardt, the dealer principal, “With this new store, we’re bringing the historic ‘No Bull’ way of doing business coupled with Chevrolet’s dynamic brand to the Queen Creek community. We aim to bring a novel car shopping experience, job opportunities, and community outreach to this wonderful town.”
The new Earnhardt Chevrolet dealership will provide a full-service store inclusive of a state-of-the-art showroom with modern amenities. The service department will feature well-equipped service bays and a team of accredited Chevrolet technicians. A vast parts store will offer GM accessories, Chevrolet parts, and a wide range of tires. The store will also offer maintenance services for virtually any make or model of vehicle.
“The Earnhardt family welcomes the many high-tech changes in the automotive industry,” stated Christopher Kerr, Earnhardt’s vice president of marketing. “The Chevrolet brand is a great example of automotive progress, including the electrification of many of its most popular models.” The dealership will feature family choices like Equinox EV, Blazer EV, and Chevy Bolt, and the Silverado EV for businesses. Also, the Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray recently entered the electric marketplace as a high-end sports car.
“Chevrolet’s backbone is its popular SUV lineup, midsize Colorado truck, and full-size Silverado,” stated General Manager Jason Gourd. “We are eager to bring these quality vehicles to our new Queen Creek location.”
The upcoming dealership is set to employ about 110 workers across its sales, service, financing, and parts departments. The Earnhardt Auto Centers already provide over 2,000 jobs across the region, being a significant Valley employer.
