Fountain Hills Men’s Discussion Group Meetings
The Fountain Hills Men’s Discussion Group convenes every Monday at the Community Center (excluding holidays). On Nov. 20, Town’s Chief Technology Administrator Mike Ciccarone will discuss Fountain Hills cyber security. Attendance is free, but Community Center membership is required.
American Legion Post 58 Weekly Events
Open to public events are hosted by American Legion Post 58 every week, including Bingo on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. Upcoming events include Music Reflections Band performance on Friday, 6 p.m., and Karaoke with Kim and Deb on Saturday, 6 p.m. Events are located at E. Parkview Ave.
Community Center Contract Bridge Winners
Contract Bridge is played at the Community Center every Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to noon. Top three winners from Nov. 3 and Nov. 8 were Ron Bredemann, Gerd Brinkman, Norma Klein, and Doug Stewart. Membership is needed to participate.
Fountain Hills Rotary Club Guest Speaker
Mike Ciccarone, chief technology administrator for the Town of Fountain Hills, will discuss “How to Stay Safe in Cyberspace,” Tuesday, Nov. 21, at 4 p.m at the American Legion Post 58 on E. Parkview Ave. The Fountain Hills Rotary Club gathers every first and third Tuesday of the month.
Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) Open Invitation
TOPS, Fountain Hills chapter, welcomes individuals seeking weight-loss support every Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Joy Church on N. Saguaro Blvd.
Al-Anon Regular Meetings
Al-Anon holds meetings for those affected by others’ alcoholism every Saturday from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church on E. El Lago Blvd.
