An adult female and a young child were hospitalized following a vehicle rollover early Saturday morning near Phoenix’s central area. The accident occurred in proximity to 35th and Virginia avenues, south of Thomas Road, with Phoenix Police responding to the scene prior to 5 a.m.
Phoenix Fire Department rescue teams successfully extracted the woman and child from the overturned vehicle. Both were transported to a local hospital, fortunately sustaining non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigation into Phoenix Rollover Accident
The area around the accident site was temporarily shut down as police conducted their preliminary investigation. The Phoenix Police Department now continues its inquiry into the circumstances leading up to the accident.
