Loomer had expressed concern that Stefanie Spear, Kennedy’s top aide, was laying the groundwork for a 2028 RFK presidential run. Her activism has cost severalTrump administration figures their jobs, including Monte Hawkins and Vinay Prasad from the Food and Drug Administration.
Despite these allegations, Kennedy has pledged his loyalty to President Trump. Kennedy ran for the Democratic party nomination in 2024 before aligning himself with Trump and has been rewarded with a cabinet-level post and the “Make America healthy again” mandate.
