Saline High School Ranks 20th in Michigan According to U.S. News and World Report
Efforts were rewarded when Saline High School (SHS) secured a ranking of 20th in Michigan, based on the newly released U.S. News and World Report’s 2024 Best High Schools list.
The U.S. News and World Report ranked close to 17,660 out of over 24,000 public high schools from all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Out of 1,163 high schools in Michigan, 673 schools made the rankings.
Principal’s Response to Ranking
Speaking about the ranking, SHS Principal Theresa Stager expressed pride and credited the hard work of their staff and students. She said, “We know the amazing things that happen inside Saline High School, and we’re proud for the community and state to see them reflected.”
SHS has an enrollment of 1,605 students for grades 9-12.

Stager credited the high ranking to the dedication, hard work, and high expectations of the entire school community.
